Terms of sale
The rules that apply when you buy a travel eSIM from us. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Who you are buying from
esimgb.com is operated by Gadget Bigboys SRL, a company registered in Romania, registration no. J40/16585/24.09.2021, VAT RO44961028, with its registered office at Strada Berca nr. 5 – Strada Zeletin nr. 1, sector 1, București. You can reach us at info@gb.ro or +40 756 024 024.
The order itself is placed and paid on our shop at gb.ro. esimgb.com presents the catalogue; gb.ro handles the payment and issues the invoice.
Because the sale is concluded on gb.ro, the contract between us is governed by the terms you accept there: https://gb.ro/pages/termeni-și-condiții. This page does not replace them — it explains what those terms mean specifically for a travel eSIM. If anything here ever conflicted with them, the terms accepted at checkout prevail.
What you are buying
A travel eSIM: a data plan for a specific destination, data volume and validity period, delivered electronically as a QR code and activation details.
You are not buying a physical SIM card. Nothing is shipped to you.
We resell plans provided by our upstream operator. Coverage, speed and the networks available in each country are determined by that operator and by the local networks. We do not promise a specific speed or coverage in a specific location.
Price, currency and VAT
Prices on esimgb.com are shown in euro for convenience, converted at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania on the day the page was generated. The amount actually charged is always shown next to it in Romanian lei (RON).
You are charged in RON. Your bank may apply its own conversion and fees; those are outside our control.
Prices include VAT. A Romanian fiscal invoice is issued automatically for every order and filed electronically. An order confirmation email is not a fiscal invoice.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic, by email, normally within minutes of payment. There is no shipping and no shipping cost.
If your eSIM has not arrived within a few hours, contact us at info@gb.ro or on WhatsApp at +40 756 024 024 and we will resolve it.
Your device is your responsibility
An eSIM only works on a device that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. Check before you order: dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM.
We cannot verify your device for you, and an incompatible or locked device is not a fault of the product.
Withdrawal and refunds
See our Refunds and withdrawal policy. In short: because the eSIM is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is lost once delivery has begun with your express consent — and an eSIM that has been delivered cannot be returned.
Complaints and disputes
Write to us first at info@gb.ro. We answer in English or Romanian.
If we cannot agree, consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or address the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
